Whatever happened to QFE 824055 (Domain Login Delay)?

There once was a QFE with a KB article 824055 "Domain Login Delays Using
MUI on XPE Runtimes". There was a problem about it (see
<[email protected]>), but now it appears to be
withdrawn from Download Center entirely, including also the KB article.

There definitely is an "issue" that this QFE was trying to fix. Can we
expect a replacement? Like this it appears like the topic was simply
brushed under the carpet.

Normally I use Download Center directly with

because I was under the impression that this way was the most reliable. I
could have sworn that the QFE didn't show up on Monday, but today it's
there. Anyway I'll check both addresses next time, thanks again.
