What version of Windows CE .net is required

I am trying to deploy an application developed in VS 2003 using compact
framework targeted for Windows CE device. What is the minimum required CE
..NET revision number
The specs of the device that I am deploying to is as follows:


Windows CE.NET version 4.0 (708)
CPU Type: SA 1110

Any help would be appreciated.

The CF is only supported on CE 4.1 and 4.2 devices (unless it's specifically
a Pocket PC).
