Apparently slipstick.com doesn't know either, because 9.0.0.7308 isn't listed
there.

But that page tells you all the updates prior to that one, so you'll know what fixes are included, except for the most recent. For that,you can search the KB for post SP3 fixes.

Found an answer by comparing Outllib.dll versions between the two Outlook
versions I mentioned earlier. You move from 9.0.0.6627 to 9.0.0.7308 by
installing this request-only Hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834005
