What tools to add?

For documentation, you'll want GhostDoc. Resharper for coding help and
refactoring. DotTrace for profiling. Scott Hanselman has a long list of his
favorite tools on his blog somewhere, if you want to look him up.

If you're happy to spend money, ReSharper and TestDriven.NET are great.
(TestDriven.NET has a free version for student and open source use
too.)

YourKit .NET profiler http://www.yourkit.com/.net/profiler/ is very
good for finding performance problems.
