what to do if you install 2 operating systems

I have 2 hard drives on my computer. I was having
problems with my PC's performance due to the fact 1 was
running on NTFS and the other on FAT32.I decided to
reformat the hardrives and start over .
Now I have 2 operating systems both XP Home.
How do i remove one of them without starting over?
