what should I select?

I am desperatly trying to network my laptop to me desktop computer using a
Belkin Router. Using the set up wizard, what should I be selecting for the
desktop computer and what should I be selecting for my laptop. Both systems
are XP Pro SP2 . BTW I can get internet connection on both of them.

Tell the Network Setup Wizard that the computers connect to the
Internet through a residential gateway (router).
