What should i do ?

I have NOD32 on my PC now but everytime it tries to update it asks for my
Username & Password , i cleared the cache ,but that didnt help.
This is a pain in the ass.
Should i switch to AVG or AVAST,
Which is better for Win XP Pro

This sounds very strange, once you have entered username and password in
the right way (and on the right place), NOD32 will not ask you again.

Maybe you use the "wrong" version?
You paid for NOD32 AntiVirus and you are (by mistake) using NOD32 Smart
Security? (or vice versa)
