What rendering engine will outlook 2010 use?

Hi,

What rendering engine will Outlook 2010 use, Word 2010 or IE8? If it is to
continue to use the Word rendering engine will any extra css support be
include above and beyond that in outlook 2007?

They will continue to use the Word engine. No css specs have been made
available yet.
You can always contact Microsoft Support to provide feedback and request
anything that you miss in your day-to-day work.
