What registry settings and/or file settings are modified when changing options?

Have you tried observing file dates/times in the folder in which Microsoft
Antispyware is installed?

I've discovereed that:

Changes to the AutoUpdater, Real-time Protection, Alerts,
SpyNet AntiSpyware Community, and Spyware Scan screens
modified:

gcUserData.gcd
gcAgentsDataStoreData.gcd

Is there a known tool that could track registry, or
other, changes? thanks!
