I need transfer files on my PC hardrive remotely (from remote location) via
FTP. What program I need install on my PC to receive files via FTP? This
will be not public FTP, for my personal access only. Also, my PC connected
to internet not directly, but via LAN > switch > router. The IP number i
have is common for our LAN PCs(3 PCs). I have no access to the router to
change something there.
What program I need?

thanks

If you have no access to the router, then you will not be able to open up
any ports no matter what software you install on your PC. My suggestion
would be to get a web-hosting service for a few bucks a month. For example:

http://www.omnis.com/webhosting.php

This one gives you 2GB of storage and your own domain name for $10 a month.

Good Luck,

Carl

well, but I want save traffic by uploading files from remote location on my
PC, not download it from net(I meant not use my PC to download files,
instead placing files from remote PC ).
What need be configured in router?

Thanks
