What program can I use to scan a hard copy document with numbers .

I have a 7-page document with an 8-column table and numbers in each column.
I don't have the electronic version so I need to scan this into Excel where I
can add formulas and change numbers at my discretion.

Is there a program that will translate scanned data into Excel?

You need software with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capability. This
may be included in the software that came with the scanner, you'd need to
check.
