What process?

I have a 2000 server on our domain used for authentication.

The server is running at 100% cpu, 80% of this is due to a
process saldm.exe.

Can anyone tell me what this is please, I can't reference
to to it anywhere.

checkout recently installed package, it is not of normal
system service, it is of ur application service, which is
getting in to loop condition.

I got the same problem Ramesh. Have you had this problem with saldm.exe on previous occasions? This is the first time I've come across it. I'm going to re-boot out of hours.
