What NIC drivers are available for Vista 64?

I have a SK8V mother board with a 3com 3C940 onboard ethernet port. There
doesn't seem to be a 64-bit driver available. I'm thinking of purchasing a
PCI ethernet card but I don't know what 64-bit drivers are available. Can
anyone provide a list or suggest a card?

Have you checked the manufacturers website or contacted them regarding
drivers for your device, or whether they'll support Vista in the near
