What "leave mail on server" Checkbox ?

Last night I was testing our new VPN Connection, and set up an Exchange 2003
account in Outlook 2003.

This morning I arrived at work and my Inbox is empty.

A search of this group suggests there's a "leave mail on server" checkbox
on the Advanced tab of the Microsoft Exchange Server More Settings dialog box.

Not on mine, there's not.

That option is for POP3 messages. All messages from an Exchange mailbox are
kept on the Exchange server when you set it as your default delivery
location in your account settings. When you set the default delivery
location to a pst-file all messages will be downloaded to that pst-file.
