The story I've read is that FBE doesn't happen with FD-SOI. Lots of things
get "demonstrated" by owners of "ideas". To say that yes it will work at
20nm on a full fab-basis is IMO a bit premature... and does beg the
question of who has participated, since they obviously don't own a fab
themselves.
