What is your XP NIC settings set at currently? Auto-negotiate or other?

I'm taking an unscientific poll. What is your XP NIC settings set at
currently? Auto-negotiate, hard set to 100mbs/FULL, or other?

Your question doesn't make sense because the answer depends on the network.
The setting at this particular machine is "Auto-negotiate" since the NIC is
part of the spanning network bridge as well as the WLAN adapter.
