What is wrong with my screen?

My laptop screen has been doing this for the past two days & I don't know how
to fix it. The whole bottom fourth of the screen is huge and when the
computer is moved, just that part jumps around & is all blurry. I can't see
my toolbar for desktop. Is there some way that I can get if fixed myself?
It is hard to view & do things on my computer.

You should be asking the tech support folks at the company that made the
laptop.

Doesn't sound like a Windows problem, sounds as though the cable/connection
has problems between the MB to the LCD (loose).

is it possible for me to fix that or do i need to take it to someone?

You will need to take it to a qualified repair house, not a big box like BestBuy.
Best if you could send it back to the supplier under warrantee.
If it is out of warrantee, be prepared for big $$.
Laptops are not easily to work on and use proprietary parts.
