What is wrong ??? Can some PLEASE Help

When I view certain sites, it does not load fully or something like that.

for example: I was on ebay and I get the error message "http error 403 -
forbidden Internet Explorer." The homepage is filled with "you are not
authorized..."

When I try to view "My Ebay" I also get a lot of the boxes with the red "x."
where a picture or something is supposed to be as well as other stuff.

This also occurs when I try to view other sites, such as best buy and Linens
and things.

Sites such as ESPN.com and other are fine.

I have used my fiancee's computer and the pages are fine. She can see
everything and the pages load right. My computer is newer then hers and I
have it set to automatically update from microsoft etc.

Can somebody PLEEEEEEASE help!

I tried using AOL Explorer and it works fine! I do not want to use AOL
Explorer, I want to use Internet Explorer.

I downloaded all updates from Microsoft.com.
I restarted the computer.
I changed everything I could think of on IE to default levels.

I am VERY fustrated, can somebody help? I hope so.
