What is this?

I was trying to do a computer scan with my newly downloaded antivirus and i
found this c:\msocache\allusers\90000409-6000-11d3-8c...\atp.dll it made my
sytem freeze and then completely shut down. I do not know what it is as I had
to restore my computer. PLEASE SOMEONE HELPPPP!!!!
