what is this?

After a McAfee scan I found this under a potentially unwanted program:

CMDline-Processviewer.zip, status Potentially unwanted program; scan
information, PUP name: PrcViewer.

Is this to be deleted?

No, it doesn't. It is not that it is amlware, it is a program that can be used in a
malicious fashion. Therefore don't delete the ZIP file.

Let me see if I understand: on its own, this program functions fine,
but, malware or spyware or a virus can hijack it. As it is thought,
leave it alone. Correct?

I quarantined it to be on the safe side. I will take it out of
quarantine if you say it is ok to do so.

That's correct. As is it is a safe utility. Using it in a script, the one who writes the
code can use the utility in a malicious fashion.

It is an OK utility.
