What is this ? from Help Menu

When using access in my ECDL... i need to use "What is this?" from the help
menu.
It is not visible on the drop down menu... I have tried searching for it in
the Customize folder.. It not there. Please can anyone help?
 
That command has been dropped from recent versions. It no longer exists in
Access 2003. I don't *think* it exists in Access 2002, but I don't have
access (no pun etc.) to an installation of Access 2002 - perhaps someone
else might be kind enough to check that?
