It's a process for services that are running on your PC. It's normal to have
a few running; if you go into your services panel you can stop the ones that
you don't need. Use caution when doing this - you can h0rk your PC up if
stop the wrong ones.
It is the support for a slew of assorted system services. They are
loaded in groups - hence several instances. It is *not* safe to end
task on it: if you want to stop individual services that comes under the
Admin tools
