what is this file JETEBA8.tmp

I have a file named JETEBA8.tmp on my PC.I have tried to delete it it safe
mode but on restart it is still there. Can anyone please tell me what is this
file and do I need it to run programs. If not how can I delete it.

That's a temporary file created by an application.

Nope. That particular application needs that temporary file since other-
wise, it wouldn't have been created.

If not how can I delete it.

Why do you want to delete a file which is apparently in use. Find out the
program which is using this file. "Process Explorer"

Process Explorer > Find > Find Handle or DLL.
