What is this error message about? scvhost.exe

My computer keeps sending me an error message saying "scvhost.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close. I hit send error report and
sometimes close. Either way, it doesn't help. I'm getting tired of this error
message. Microsoft doesn't know how to fix it. Maybe someone else can. I have
windows XP.
