I keep getting a popup from norton saying that a file
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SCVHOST.EXE (incoming) is trying to
access my conputer.

Is this a legit update or something from microsoft
windows or is it a virus?

Should I allow it to access?

Please help, this message pops up every few minutes on my
computer when I'm online.

Not necessarily a virus. Some of the windows services access the net.
I installed the kerio firewall, and some of it's preconfigured rules
were setup to allow this.
