what is the sources E1000 for event id 26 and 27

my server discconnected itself from the network with
eventid 26 and then come back online with id27 every 5-10
minutes. why was that happened?? anybody help me please
 
A bit more information please.
How many nics in the server? What exact errormessages in the eventlogs?
What OS on the clients?
What SP-level?
