What is the proper procedure to embed an object in Power Point?

Each time I insert a wma music file (3 mb's)in a Power Point Presentation it
apparently is linked rather then embeded as the emailed PPS will not play the
music file. The option to increase an inserted music file has been increased
to the max of 50 mb's. What is the proper steps to embed a music file in a
Power PT slide show?

Only wave files can be embedded all other types are linked. The limit being
50Mb as you indicated yourself.
