What is the Microsoft News Group to ask about Ergonomic Keyboard problems?

I have beenusing MS Ergonomic Keyboards for several years now.
I bought a new one some months ago and since then I have been
very slowly loosing some function from time to time.

Can some kind expert guide me to where I can find an MS new group
that may be able to help me solve problems with an Ergonomic keyboard?
