What is the max size of an access 2003 DB?

I have an Access 2003 DB that is almost 800mb in size, is there a recommended
usable limit?

The official limit is 2 gig. You do have a large database. Have you
run a repair and compact?
 
I thought it was a little large. I have not done any maintanence on it and
i'm sure the users havent either. Guess I should start doing that.
 
With that size of database, I would suspect your data is fairly mission
critical? I would suggest investigating the possibility of upsizing the data
to SQL Server.
