What is the formula for subtracting the sum total of two cells

What is the formula for subtracting the sum total of two cells in nonadjacent
(nonconnecting) cells?
 
A1 = 120

D1 = 200

F1 has formula =D1-A1 returning 80

Other than that, don't know what you need.
