What is the error message 553 sorry ?

Help. I am having problems sending emails to certain people. I got the
following message back.
"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients....

The following recipient(s) could not be reachedL

Ben L. Minnifield ([email protected]) on 8/15/2005 11:18AM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

How do I resolve this issue so that I can send him an email?
