what is the difference between Reply and Reply All?
Eg: A friend sends you a message along with10 other people. Reply replies
to the sender only. Reply All replies to everyone that was included in the
original message.

If the original email sender has sent the email to more than one
person then "Reply All" will send the reply to all those people
whereas "Reply" will send it only to the original sender.
If you are the ONLY recipient of the email then ther is, in effect, no
difference.
Eg: A friend sends you a message along with10 other people. Reply replies
to the sender only. Reply All replies to everyone that was included in the
original message.
