What is the best method of tranlating the simple User guide

Hello,

By the help of generous people in this forum, I have been able to make my
church database in foreign languages.

But for the simple user manual for " getting started", I have made an
Oleunbound taking text from MS Words.

My question is how can we make it into many languages. Should we make 1 word
to one language?. Or we change the Ole unboud to be textbox?, but how long
words textbox can accomodate?.

I appreciate your helps.
