What is the best book for 2003 AD/general sys admin?

Looking for something practical for day-to-day administration. Also
looking for good SQL books if anyone wants to chime in with their
favorites!
 
For lots of in-depth info. you cannot beat the following two books:

-- Inside Active Directory - A System Administrators Guide, Kouti &
Seitsonen
-- Active Directory Cookbook, Robbie Allen.


Don't really know much about SQL. I just bought Inside SQL 2000, SQL 2000
Administrators Companion and the Guru's Guide to SQL (VERY in-depth).
