What is System 32\pxdmtl.exe?

I found this while using RegCleaner in its Startup list. I couldn't find it
after using msconfig however.

RegCleaner associates it with a program called Onhurrpmid.

I have Googled both file name & program without success.

Any help most welcome - in case it's a nasty.
