What is shellconhiddenwindow

Ever since I got XP whenever I shutdown I get a program that won't shut down
called "shellconhiddenwindow". What is this, and is it bad????

MusicMatch Jukebox is probably the culprit. MusicMatch Jukebox has an
update that's supposed to fix the problem.

If you just Google shellconhiddenwindow you will probably get more
answers than in this huge group.
Probably cause by Music Matchbox, but google works for other problems as
well.
