What is schedhlp.exe

i have posted this again but in a question. i am trying to get this off my
computer please help me.
 
Do you have "Acronis True Image application " installed on your system, if
yes, then you may need to uninstall it to get rid of schedhlp.exe
 
no i dont have "Acronis True Image application " this app on my computer. so
how do i get rid of it?
 
what happens when you try to remove that file? is it showing as running in
the system task manager?

If you're running WinXP Professional (which you did not tell us) then you
can do this:
- Run gpedit.msc via the Start/Run facility.
- Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Windows Settings /
Security Settings /
Security Options / Recovery Console: Allow floppy disk access . . .
- Set this policy to "Enabled".
- Boot the machine into Safe Mode.
- Rename schedhlp.exe to schedhlp.bad
- Boot into Normal Mode.
- Copy, move or delete the file.
 
i am running XP Home . i went into the services and shut it down (disabled)
it. No i dont have that software and its not in my task manager just in
services.
