what is MS Access error -2147216496

During use operators often get the error message -2147216496 with no
description. Does anyone know what this is?
 
won't be as much help as finding out what they are doing when it happens but...

err.Raise -2147216496 in the debug window I get
 
THANKS....... Users are entering data into screns and running VBA script to
run a batch program in the background.
