what is Microsoft .NET Framework?

I have an unhandled exception occuring in a component in my application pop
up window that comes up every time I run windows, does anyone know what to do
to fix this error??
 
Unfortunately I can't help you. I'm having the same problem. When I
searched the other posts for the same error message, the only information I
seem to be getting is about potential conflicts with newly installed software
for printers & faxes. But, I haven't installed any software.

Mine is associated with something called PhotoGallery and it won't let me
shut down my computer!

answered you in the other thread you made. Keep further replies in that
