What is Microsoft Going to Do?

I am wondering what, if anything, Microsoft is going to do with Vista.
Are they planning to put out a new release format soon? According to
all that I've read and experienced about this "Vista Format" is that
it is terrible and more people are displeased than pleased with the
damn thing.

I see that one can hardly buy a new computer these days without Vista.
Where did XP go? One cannot change the format because of the drivers;
it would seem to me that Microsoft would offer a choice!

Works like a darn on my 1 year old computer. What you appear to have read
is mostly cry babies whining about their old computers. They are really
pissed Vista won't run on their machines. They think MS owes them
something.

They were the same ones that were pissed when the lead was removed from
gasoline.

Anyway Vista is a beautiful operating system.

The choice is not up to Microsoft. It is up to the PC manufacturer.
Dell and Gateway are still offering computers with Windows XP Pro but you have to look in the
business section for these.
The mass low-cost manufactures have decided not to offer anything but the latest OS.

With over 100 million computers now running Windows Vista worldwide,
I would say Windows Vista is a HUGE success! It is a far better operating
system than Windows XP, which is now over 7 years old and will soon
approach its end-of-life cycle for support.

So why not RUN to DELL and hurry and set up your Ubuntu. Then you can
migrate over to their forum and help those people who don't know what to do
with their inferior product.

Just FYI

Psst, Mr. Yawn ... when you see an icon on the desktop, click on it. Nothing
will happen if you just sit in front of your computer for four days looking
at the desktop.

Cheers.

More to the point with 100 million Vista OS software in the channel, or in
my business on the shelf. We do Microsoft and our clients a huge disservice
by not pointing out that Vista is a sophisticated Operating system that
demand top tier hardware, I just purchased a top tier laptop with Vista
Business 64 and it run like a fine watch. It's fast and efficient.

Selling Vista to consumers on underpowered hardware is really robbery and
does a huge disservice to the developers at Microsoft and in the end we cut
of our own life line. Irresponsible claims only play to those who wish us
harm.

Mark,

Apparently, you haven't read much. I assume you are reading only the
comments by the whiners who can't seem to understand Vista or you have read
comments by people who have insufficient hardware to run Vista.
In any event, I am very satisfied with Vista and would never go back to
XP, which in my opinion is inferior to Vista.
For all the Vista haters, Linux trolls and others with thoughts of
flaming me for these opinions, don't bother. Your comments will never reach
my desktop. Please do the same for me if it bothers you that much.

In Vista's case there is a huge difference between 100 million sold
and 100 million running. Get your facts straight.

Getting facts straight and Carey is an oxymoron.

Hey Carey, can you prove what you say, "over 100 million computers now
running Windows Vista"? I seen that many licenses may have been sold,
but that is a far leap from that many running. So stand behind your
words or be more of a laughing stock than you already are here. Prove it!

A special department is being created at MS for dealing with mentally
underprivileged users of OSs who cannot handle Vista. They will be offered a
simplified version of XP.

No, most of them are gathering dust in computer stores. MS sold 100
million but a very small percentage have been resold to computer users.
Get your facts straight, you Nazi slime ball.

Why don't you prove your contention that they are not running since it's
your accusation. The 100 Million+ (more like 130 mil now) sold is a fact.
Prove it or else look like the stupid queen of the village idiots moron
you are.

Liar! In fact 130 mil have now been sold and are being used. The sales
figures are financial facts, your accusation that they are not being
used is wishful dreaming on the part of a known liar, spammer and linux
troll.
So where is your proof mr liar that they are "gathering dust in computer
stores", huh?
Put up or STFU!!!
