What is it?

Zone Alarm notified me that MSupdater.exe was trying to access the internet.
I looked at properties and was dated today. Before I allow it to execute, I
would like to know if its safe. Can anyone tell me?

say no
if it is a genuine MS app ( which i very much doubt )
it will pop up a box sayin it cant connect etc
i suspect its a trojan of some sort
