What is HouseCall Control?

I see in my C:\Windows\Download directory 'HouseCall Control.' I don't recall
downloading it although Googling suggests it may have something to do with
Trend. What is it, and if I don't need it, how do I get rid of it? (It's not
listed in the Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.)
