What is EXQS.exe program for?

Each time when I open RealOne Player or any *.pdf file a program -EXQS.exe - launches in the background. Fortunately I've installed my firewall- so I block it's access to the net. But anyway - each time when I do start RealOne player or *.pdf file thet EXQS.exe squeezes into startup rograms and I've got to mark it off through msconfig. How can I get rid of it?(Win XP Home
What is actually that EXQS.exe for
I've got Win XP Home Edition - I think that "EXQS.exe" is probably some virus or kind of "Trojan horse". First I have to stop it working in the background through task manager and finally then I can delete it from startup folder - Documents and Settings/All Users/Start Menu/Programs/Startup/EXQS.exe( it has around 71KB)
So once again - How can I get rid of it? What is that program for? Does anyone know that
I would highly appreciate any hint.
Thanks..

If I am concerned about a file that's executing in
processes, I do an internet search using just the file
name (literally EXQS.EXE). If it's a Microsoft program,
you'll find a lot of info about it on-line.
