what is exchange sever

im tying install outlook and keep bring up exhange server. what do i need to
put there to get to work.
 
If you don't have an Exchange server, why did you select that? Just remove
it and install your POP3 or IMAP account - Control Panel->Mail
Icon->Accounts.
