What is EQXS.exe file for?

When I open any *.pdf file - immediately some program -
EXQS.exe -starts to work in the background. Forunately I
have installed my firewall - and I always block the it's
access to the internet. But that program then is still
among my startup programs - so I have got to delete it
each time I launched some *.pdf file. It seems to me that
it is some kind of virus or a Trojan "horse".. How can I
get rid of it?

Have you run an updated virus scan, and anti-spyware program against your
system lately? I'd start with that.
