what is DLLHOSTS.exe?

My windows XP is running very slow, when I look at the
processes I see that the CPU is always running at 100%,
and that "DLLHOSTS.exe" uses about 80-90% of the
resources. Is this normal? if not what should I do?

Update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan.
