What is contained in the backup of BCM

If I run Database Tools, Manage Database, Backupdata base what is included.
Does it include:

Accounts
Business Contacts
History including Emails, Tasks, etc
Campaigns etc
Customisations to forms etc
 
Yes, all of the above. However, in order to restore the linked emails, you
must also back up/restore your Outlook files.
