Problems Linking BCM 2007 with Office Packages & Marketing Campaig

When I use Publisher or Word I always receive the message: 'cannot link to
record' (e.g. before you link to Business Contact Manager record etc ...)
When I try and run a BCM marketing campaign either thro BCM or thro' Word,
this message is preventing the mail-merge. I have followed all the
resolutions (default email and outlook profile); I have also followed the
further resolutions within Help. I have even removed and re-installed BCM and
still have the same problem. All the packages, Outlook, BCM, Word etc work
fine separately. BCM even synchronises fine with my phone. I am using Office
2007 suite (BCM, Outlook, Word etc) with Vista Home. Please help ..... !!!

This sounds like a problem I have too. Are there others and does anyone know
how to solve it?

Having the same problem BCM 07 with Word 07. Mail merge > Select Recipients

Outlook contacts ... and the whole thing disappears. But like below, they

work independently?

HELP ?? Ready to toss this thing..
