What is a .psf file?

PSF stands for Palette Storage Format.

Typically, you would open them with a program like PhotoStudio 2000.
However, the rumor mill says that if you rename the file to have the extension jpg,
several graphics programs will open it as a jpeg file, including GraphicsConverter
and Photoshop.
