What is a FLASH BLOCKING DEVICE???

When I go on my computer to CNN.com and click on a video it says that I may have a Flash Blocking Device.

What could that be?

I looked in My Programs folder and see nothing that has the word "flash" in it.

It could be telling you that something is blocking the running of Flash
Player for Internet video. Firewall? Pop-up blocker? Dunno.
